The first visible changes usually occur within 3-7 days, the full effect is visible within 10-14 days and the resulting condition lasts for 3-6 months depending on the individual reaction of the organism.
The main advantages of BTX include the speed of the procedure – the application takes only a few minutes – and minimal pain due to the use of a very thin needle. The result looks natural, without the risk of a “frozen” or unnatural expression, if the dose and place of application are chosen correctly. Regular repetition also acts as a prevention – the muscles are gradually less activated, the wrinkle does not deepen and the intervals between applications are often extended.
For medium to severe glabellar wrinkles that are visible even at rest, we achieve the best results by combining BTX with hyaluronic acid filler. BTX first relaxes muscle activity, preventing further deepening of the wrinkle, and the filler then heals the remaining part of the furrow. Hyaluronic acid fillers
Hyaluronic acid is one of the most natural and effective materials for filling glabellar wrinkles. It is applied directly into the furrow or under the surrounding skin, where it immediately adds volume, fills the depression and smoothes the skin surface. The result is visible immediately after the procedure – the wrinkle is significantly reduced or completely disappears, the skin looks fresher and more rested.
This substance is a natural part of the human body – it is mostly found in the skin (50–70%). It has the ability to bind a huge amount of water (up to 1000 times its weight). Thanks to this, it not only fills the wrinkle, but also intensely hydrates the surrounding tissue, improves elasticity and supports natural regeneration. The applied hyaluronic acid is gradually absorbed and broken down by the body's natural enzymes, so the result is not permanent. The treatment can be adjusted, supplemented and repeated according to the current needs of the skin.

How the procedure is performed and what to expect
