Facial Plastic Surgery

Nose Surgery – Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty is one of the most sought-after plastic surgeries because the nose significantly affects the overall harmony of the face. The surgery can reduce or increase the size of the nose, adjust the shape of the tip, change the nasal septum, narrow or widen the nostrils, and generally achieve a more natural appearance. The main goal of rhinoplasty is usually aesthetic – to achieve a more harmonious nose shape and better harmony with facial features. Functional improvement of breathing is not the primary goal, but if you had problems with nasal patency before the operation, the procedure can naturally lead to a significant improvement in breathing.
We perform the procedure either under analgosedation, when you are relaxed, do not feel pain and remain in contact with the doctor, or under general anesthesia, when you are asleep throughout the operation. The choice depends on the extent of the procedure and your preferences. Technically, we choose between an open and closed method:
- Closed method - all incisions are inside the nostrils, no visible scars
- Open method - a small incision on the underside of the septum allows for more precise access to the nasal structure
In the case of a soft nose (predominantly cartilaginous), we modify the lower part - we remove or reshape excess cartilage and raise or narrow the tip. In the case of a hard nose, we reduce the bony ridge, narrow the bony part and reduce the height of the nose.
After the surgery, we apply a thermoplastic splint to stabilize the shape and insert a tamponade into the nose. The tamponade is usually removed the next day, and the splint is removed approximately on the 10th day. The result is permanent and natural.
Correction of protruding ears – otoplasty
Otoplasty is an aesthetic surgery that adjusts the position and shape of the ears – most often it addresses their significant protrusion or unnatural size. The procedure often brings significant relief from long-term psychological discomfort, especially in children and adolescents who feel insecure about their ears. We perform it on children from 6-7 years old (when the ear cartilage is already sufficiently developed) and on adults of all ages.
The surgery is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia or analgosedation – the client remains relaxed, does not feel pain and is in contact with the doctor. The incision is made hidden behind the earlobe, so it is not visible after healing. During the procedure, the cartilage of the auricle is gently dissected, softened with small incisions and modeled into the desired position. The new shape is fixed with internal non-absorbable stitches, the skin is pulled back and the incision is closed with absorbable stitches.
After the operation, a tight bandage is applied for protection and stabilization. The bandage is removed after 4 days, after which it is necessary to wear a special tight headband (preferably overnight) for 2 weeks to ensure that the new ear shape is well established. Swelling and bruising usually subside within 1-2 weeks, the scar behind the ear remains minimal and almost invisible over time. The result is permanent - the ears remain in a new, more natural position.
Facelift - rhytidectomy
Facelift is a comprehensive procedure for the overall rejuvenation of the face and neck. It removes excess sagging skin, possibly excess fat, and above all, it strengthens the subcutaneous muscle-fibrous apparatus (SMAS), which significantly tightens the tissues and restores the contours of the cheeks, jawline and neck. Modern facelift techniques ensure a natural result without an unnaturally “stretched” or mask-like appearance.
The operation is performed under analgosedation or general anesthesia – depending on the extent and your preferences. We use the gentle MACS lifting method (Minimal Access Cranial Suspension), which minimizes scars and shortens recovery. The incision runs from the hairy part of the temporal area down, copies the front edge of the earlobe and ends under the earlobe – after healing it is practically invisible. Excess skin from the cheeks is released and removed, the SMAS layer is turned off and fixed, which ensures a long-term lifting effect.
After the procedure, drains are inserted (under the skin of the neck and cheeks) to drain excess fluids and an elastic bandage is applied to fix and reduce swelling. Drains are usually removed the next day, the stitches are absorbable and invisible.
Breast augmentation
Breast augmentation encompasses a wide range of procedures that help achieve the harmonious shape, size, and symmetry of your breasts according to your preferences and anatomy. Whether it's breast augmentation with implants or your own fat, shaping sagging breasts, breast reduction to relieve physical discomfort, or correcting gynecomastia in men – each procedure is individually planned with an emphasis on a natural look, long-term stability, and minimal scarring. With modern techniques and high-quality implants, we focus on making you feel more confident, comfortable, and natural in your body.
Breast augmentation - augmentation
Breast augmentation is one of the most common plastic surgeries that increases the volume of the breasts and improves their shape and symmetry. The goal is to achieve a natural-looking result that harmoniously matches your figure and meets your ideas about the ideal appearance.
The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and usually lasts 1-2 hours. The implants are inserted through a small incision, which we choose according to the individual anatomy - most often in the inframammary fold (the least visible scar) or around the areola. The placement of the implant depends on the quality and size of your breast, the condition of the skin, subcutaneous tissue and the strength of the pectoral muscle:
- Under the breast – suitable for sufficient glandular tissue
- Under the muscle – better coverage of the implant, a more natural transition to the upper pole
- Partially under the muscle – the most common compromise for a natural look and minimal risk of visible edges
The type and shape of the implant is selected together during a consultation, taking into account the original shape of the breast, chest width, height and your wishes – always with the aim of achieving the most natural result possible. At the end of the operation, a firm fixation bra is put on and a compression bandage is applied, which helps reduce swelling and stabilize the new shape.
Breast modeling – mastopexy
Mastopexy is a procedure that lifts and firms sagging breasts, restores their youthful shape and improves symmetry. Ideal for women after significant weight loss, after pregnancy and breastfeeding or with natural sagging due to age and gravity. Breast augmentation can be combined with breast reduction or augmentation to achieve optimal volume, fullness, and a natural appearance.
During the surgery, excess, loose skin is removed, while the mammary gland is preserved and reshaped for better projection. The nipple and areola are moved to a higher, more natural position. The technique depends on the degree of sagging and the amount of skin:
- Vertical method – incisions around the nipple and in a vertical line down to the inframammary fold
- T-method (anchor) – incisions around the nipple, vertically down, and also in the inframammary fold
After the tissues are reshaped, suction drains are inserted for 1-2 days to drain excess fluid, and a firm elastic bandage or compression bra is applied to stabilize and reduce swelling.
Breast reduction - reduction
Breast reduction is a procedure that removes excess breast tissue, fat and sagging skin, making the breasts smaller, lifted and giving them a firmer, more symmetrical shape. It is not just an aesthetic treatment - many women are primarily looking for relief from the physical problems that large breasts cause: chronic back, shoulder and neck pain, pressure from bras, limited movement during sports or difficulty choosing clothes.
The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and usually lasts 2-4 hours depending on the extent. The surgeon removes excess tissue and skin, reshapes the gland for better projection and moves the nipple and areola to a higher position. The incision technique depends on the original size and degree of sagging - the most common method is the vertical method (around the nipple and vertically down) or the T-method (anchor) for more pronounced reductions. The result is always tailored to your figure so that the breasts look natural and proportional.
Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia is the surgical removal of enlarged breasts in men, which often occurs due to hormonal imbalance, overweight, taking certain medications, or naturally during puberty and middle age. The procedure restores a firm, masculine appearance to the chest, eliminates the feeling of “female breasts” and significantly increases self-confidence – especially when the torso is bare.
The operation is performed under general anesthesia and usually lasts 1-2 hours. We most often use the periareolar approach – a small incision around the areola, which remains almost invisible after healing. First, excess fat is removed from the chest area with tumescent liposuction to create a flat base. This is followed by subcutaneous mastectomy – careful removal of the enlarged breast gland itself. With this combined approach, we achieve a smooth, straight and firm chest without significant irregularities. The result of gynecomastia is permanent – a firm, masculine chest without excess tissue, which looks natural.
Body Procedures

Tummy tuck – abdominoplasty
Abdominoplasty is a procedure that removes sagging skin and excess fat from the abdomen, while strengthening the stretched rectus abdominis muscles and creating a firm, flat abdomen. It is most often sought after by women and men after significant weight loss, repeated pregnancies or after significant weight loss, when there is significant sagging skin that cannot be removed by exercise or diet. It is often combined with liposuction for even better contours of the hips and waist.
The operation is performed under general anesthesia and usually takes 2-4 hours depending on the extent. The incision runs from one pelvic bone to the other, just above the pubic bone. The skin is separated from the abdominal wall up to the costal arches, the stretched rectus muscles are sutured in a solid line (which significantly improves posture and reduces the feeling of a “loose” abdomen). The excess skin is then removed and the navel is transplanted into a new, natural position. The wound is sutured and suction drains are inserted under the skin for 1–2 days to drain fluids.
Liposuction
Liposuction is a targeted surgical procedure that removes localized fat deposits from problem areas of the body – abdomen, hips, thighs, back, arms, under the chin, buttocks or knees. It helps to create better body contours, highlight natural proportions and achieve a more harmonious appearance. It is important to emphasize that liposuction is not a method of solving significant overweight or obesity – it is mainly used for body modeling.
The procedure is performed under analgosedation (the client is relaxed, alert, does not feel pain) or under general anesthesia – depending on the extent and your preferences. First, small incisions with a diameter of approximately 5 mm are made in the area. An infiltration needle is inserted through these incisions and the area is filled with a tumescent solution – a mixture that minimizes bleeding, reduces pain and facilitates fat suction. The excess fat is then suctioned out with a thin cannula. The result is natural and harmonious – the body looks slimmer and more balanced, without visible scars.
Intimate plastic surgery
Intimate plastic surgery helps to solve aesthetic and functional problems in the intimate area, which often affect comfort in everyday activities, sports, intimate life and overall self-confidence. Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty is an intimate plastic surgery that adjusts the shape, size or symmetry of the labia. Circumcision
Circumcision is an operation in which the foreskin of the penis is removed - in whole or in part. Men seek the procedure for aesthetic, hygienic, functional or religious/cultural reasons. We perform it with maximum emphasis on natural appearance, symmetry and fast, trouble-free healing.
The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia or analgosedation. A circular incision is made just above the glans, the foreskin is removed to the desired extent (complete or partial circumcision), the glans remains exposed and the skin is sutured with absorbable sutures. At the end, a liquid skin dressing is applied to protect the wound and allow immediate showering.
