Bioremodeling
Bioremodelling is a process in which hyaluronic acid is injected into specified anatomical points, called BAPs (bio aesthetic points). From these points, it is absorbed into the tissues, which it stimulates to activity. The hyaluronic acid we use for bioremodeling is uniquely high in concentration and ultra-pure. That is, without the addition of any chemical agents or additional chemicals. The specificity of bioremodelling is that it may only be performed by a doctor who is trained in this technique. Bioremodelling process
Bioremodelling is in different words skin rejuvenation. It uses hyaluronic acid, which is a natural part of the human body, to hydrate and tighten the skin. At the same time, the application stimulates the production of its own collagen and elastin. This has long-term positive effects on the quality of the skin. The result is fresher and firmer skin that is also more elastic and resistant to wrinkles. Fine lines that have already formed are smoothed out thanks to the hydration of bioremodelling. Bioremodelling is thus also a suitable method for wrinkle removal. The lifting effect of the applied hyaluronic acid is also significant.
Areas to be treated
Bioremodelling is most commonly performed in the facial area, including treatment of the forehead or mouth area. Other suitable areas for treatment are the neck and the sometimes neglected décolleté. There is also a growing patient interest in moisturizing and remodeling the backs of the hands. On the body, the most commonly treated areas are the arms, knees and abdomen.
Who is bioremodelling for?
Bioremodeling is not limited by age. Women and men, young and old, come for treatment. A suitable candidate is a person with sagging to dehydrated skin that tends to form wrinkles. It is suitable for slowing down skin aging or as a wrinkle prevention. It is also suitable for clients with already formed wrinkles with sagging or dehydrated skin.
What to do before the treatment
Before bioremodeling, we recommend limiting or completely avoiding alcohol, coffee and other blood vessel dilating and healing slowing snacks.
The course of bioremodelling
The advantage of bioremodeling is that it is an outpatient and minimally invasive treatment. Most patients do not need numbing because the procedure is very gentle and virtually painless. If you are more sensitive, an anesthetic cream can be used. As an example, here is the application procedure for the treatment of the mid and lower face. We mark 5 specific bioaesthetic points (BAPs) on each side of the face. These are designated in safe locations where no major blood vessels or nerves lead. From here, this unique hyaluronic acid spreads to the treatment area.
We inject the active substance containing ultra-pure and chemically untreated hyaluronic acid into the skin with a very thin needle at the marked points. Thus, only 10 injections are needed to ensure hydration and bioremodelling of the face. This sets bioremodelling apart from other treatments such as mesotherapy or dermal filler application. For these, significantly more injections are needed.
The entire facial treatment takes a few minutes.
Contraindications for bioremodelling
People with a rare allergy to hyaluronic acid should not undergo the procedure. Inflammation in the treated area is also a contraindication. You should come to the procedure healthy, without any acute or chronic disease. The treatment is not suitable for people taking blood thinners.
Visible results of bioremodelling
For best results, we recommend two applications one month apart. But after the first application, a brighter and juicier skin can already be observed. The final effect of bioremodeling occurs after the second application. It is gradual but long lasting. Further repetitions are usually recommended after one year. In exceptional cases, three applications can be made in succession with an interval of 1 month between each application.
How to behave after bioremodelling
In order to get the best result of bioremodelling, we recommend not to massage the application sites, not to touch the injection sites. It is also important to avoid direct sunlight for a week. Then also for about 4 weeks after the application use a protective cream with a high SP factor.
