Aging is a natural process that begins to show in our appearance around the age of 30 to 35. Fine wrinkles first appear, which gradually deepen, the skin loses its firmness and elasticity. Wrinkle smoothing using botulinum toxin - preparations based on neurotoxin (BTX) is one of the most popular procedures at our clinic. Using fine injections, botulinum toxin is applied to specific muscles. Botulinum toxin blocks the transmission of nerve impulses in the muscles, causing a temporary restriction of muscle movement and this leads to the smoothing of wrinkles. Full results are visible in 3 to 14 days and the effect usually lasts 3 to 8 months. The procedure is outpatient, takes only 10 to 30 minutes, and the client can return to their normal activities immediately after the procedure. The treatment is suitable for everyone who wants to effectively fight the signs of aging and is especially effective for mimic wrinkles caused by muscle movement.
